I used to always swallow it but then I heard that it's bad .... so I try to always spit it out. Sometimes if I'm lazy or not around a trash I'll just swallow it.

I have never swallowed. That's effing discusting. I stop the split second before I have to choose either of the two and then it just goes where it goes. NOT in my mouth.

WHO might like to ingest all of that micro organism infested foam, The human mouth is so nasty crammed with germs from god knows the place, I spit the paste out,..That being pronounced ,my very own mouth has executed some issues that i`m very happy with ,.In my protection she made me do it,..,she used my mouth as her very own wash basin and there grow to be no longer something i ought to do approximately it,..She grow to be my grasp and that i grow to be her lap dogs......BOW WOW!...ruff-ruff.....Mr.Goodnight..
