so i ordered this phone on ebay that was listed as ORANGE and when i got it, it was red. this isnt a company i bought it from, just some guy who sells stuff he has so i dont think he would be able to exchange it for what i want

so what can i do? i have sent him 3 emails already and he hasnt responded. its been a little under a week, what can i do? do i need to do something with ebay or paypal? i think i want my money back. the phone was locked to at&t and i paid $20 to have it unlocked so it can be used on any carrier. does that like void anything? how long do i have to do something about this? is legal action going to be nessicary? i just need to know what i should do, thanks!

Report the item as 'Not as described' to eBay. They will send an email to the seller. If he fails to reply, they can freeze and confiscate his account.

Well Sounds like ya got screwed sorry to hear that.You can report him to ebay.Other than that your just stuck with the phone you got.You have to be extremely carefull on those kind of websites.A Good one I have heard of is www.shopgoodwill.com they have everything from amps to Zerox machines and everthing you can think of Even Cars and computers

E-bay. You pay your nickel and you take your chance. Wouldn't by from their site, no matter what.
