There's nothing you can buy for sure with that and the coin denomination has not been in production for decades. I think the last time a 1 paisa was put into practical use was back in the 50s or early 60s. There's a collector market for these coins however. Collectors and dealers trade such coin for 5 to 10 cents each.

u no am absolutely sure u ll not get much for it coz i ve got plenty myself.....infact i ve got 1/4 paise also.... it ll be of some value maybe after 60 yrs....now noone ll be interested
