Devin Hester while being a phenom returning punts and kickoffs,he is a big zero catching passes,Sanders was not only a good punt returner and defensive back,he was also good as a receiver,so I would rather take my chances against Hester than Sanders

Edit- Hester.
Hester is exceptionaly fast and a great athlete, but he only became a backup wide reciever this year, and he's not trained for the position. 2 games ago versus the giants he was wide open 60 yards deep and Rex threw him a PERFECT pass which bumped off his shoulder pads. The nearest coverage was 7 yards behind him. Point is, Hester is small and not trained as a WR, so I'd rather cover him even if he does run a 4.2.

Hester is a fantastic kick- and punt-returner, but it has not transferred to the WR position. I would kick away from him, but not shy from having one-on-one coverage on defense.
Sanders arguably is the second greatest running back ever (next to Jim Brown). Sanders was a potential game-breaker every offensive play and - in certain times - on special teams. If you mean Deion, he was a special athlete, but more known for his defensive work and sometimes play at WR....which is a more incomplete body of work.

Which Sanders? Deion? I'd take Deion because he isn't as fast and since I'm much bigger, I'd out physical him at the line.
