Bon soir.
Pronunciation: Bon sw-are.
The are is pronounced like the english word, are with sw added at the beginning like in the word swan. Bon is like in the word Bonnie minus the -ie at the end.

I love you:
Je t'aime.
Pronunciation: Juuh-tame. Exactly like it's shown.

That's in Chinese.
In French, goodnight is Bon nuit, and I love you is Je t'aime.
