I've never heard of a human gestation period that long, but I'd call a doctor instead of asking strangers on Yahoo! Answers, most of whom probably aren't medical professionals!

I am assuming you mean 2007. I would at least call the doctor. Sometimes the baby doesn't have enough room to move at this point. When I am busy and stressed, I just don't notice our baby moving much. It's when I sit down and try to relax that I feel him jiggling and wiggling. (But my baby is mover and has been all along.) If you are concerned, call your doctor. Have you gone in for a non-stress test yet?

Drink some fruit juice...lie down on your left side...give it some time...feel for movement. If there's still nothing...call your doctor. It's important.

EDIT - no matter what anyone else thinks, it is a myth that the movements slow down in the final weeks/prior to labour. It's just not true. You may feel more subtle movements, as baby has less room to wind up and kick you a good one, but the frequency should NOT go down. Myth.

Call your Doc. When it happened to me, doc had me come in for an ultrasound. Baby was just floating around & perfectly fine. I was very busy at work for a few days. Doc said the baby was just resting or the constant moving was soothing to him. Calm down & have positive thoughts! ..... But as previously stated, a sugar rush should cause the baby to move.

I'm thinking you meant your due date is 12/28 of 07?? If not thats a hell of a pregnancy.

Either way, if you're worried and not feeling your baby move call your doctor. They'll be able to help you & tell you what you need to do.

If you haven't felt any kind movement in 24 hrs call your doc you baby could be in distress. Try to eat or drink something, then relax and lie down If you still don't feel anything in 1 hr go to the doc immediately. Any kind of movement counts. If you can't make it to your doc go to the ER

Drink some juice then lay down on your back. If after 10 minutes you dont feel the baby move call your OB.

Call your OB now. In your third trimester you should pick a time each day and lay on your left side and do fetal kick count. If you don't feel 10 in two hours call OB.

As your baby prepares to be delivered it will stop moving so much. You are probably getting ready to deliver very soon, don't think you'll make it to the 28th, but you should always call your doctor when your worried. Believe me, I called constantly while I was pregnant, I felt dumb sometimes, but it's better to be safe than sorry!

I would call your doc and just let him/her know what is going on. They may do a stress test. or they may find that you baby is getting ready to come out. Best of luck.

I would call your doctor. It may be nothing, but it is better to be checked out. It is unusual for a baby to not kick for two days.
