Your partner needs to do his job better by prolonging what feels good to you. Tell or show them what feels best, it takes several minutes longer for a woman to become aroused than a man. If you aren't "ready", tell him, he must respect the fact that you need to be. A man rushing it is selfish. Sex should be about pleasing the other person, not about yourself only.

Foreplay.
Hands down. That's all there is to it.
And not just for like 5 minutes...for like...30mins...an hour maybe. Lots of teasing...some oral....things like that. Basically just do it until you think you're gonna rip your hair out if you can't have each other RIGHT NOW.
