If a person seeks out a particular vehicle as opposed to simply purchasing whatever they find and can afford, their choice probably expresses some of their personality. That combined with how they treat it and what they put into it may give some insight that goes a little deeper...

I currently drive a van conversion... I like to camp and have the option of staying wherever I go. I have kids and dogs also, so I need the space when we all go somewhere.

I have a peace sign on the back of it and a peace sign that hangs from my mirror.

I keep it reasonably clean most of the time, though occasionally I'll let it go for a while.

This vehicle is the tenth one I've purchased in the last two years..long story. But I started with a van conversion, went through a variety of vehicles and ended up right back in another van conversion. The vehicle fits me.

The lifted 4 wheel drive jeep with knobbies that is usually filthy from four-wheeling says, "Move it or I'll run over you."

My '81 Trans Am says about me that I'm nostalgic for older cars, that I have no patience for slow people, and that I'd rather have a car I can replace the motor in over the weekend than some super-computerized hybrid thing.

My car says I like things to be clean. It says I have not been careless (doors are not scraped up, etc.). It says I don't need to feel important. (I drive a used car, in good shape). My car says I understand safety laws. (I have 4 new tires). My car says I am cautious.........I am careful to keep my gas tank up past the last quarter tank. My car says I obey laws........good tires, safety belts in good shape, lights work, safety items all in good condition.
