See if you can omit some of the "likes" without changing the meaning. Rewrite some of the sentences so that you don't need to use the word "like". Words that you could use instead of like depend upon the context.

Old: He's doing it like he hates it.
New: He's doing it as if he hates it.

"such as" "akin" "similar to" should be used instead of "like" if you mean that something is similar to something else.

Like can also mean "admire" or "prefer" "are attracted to" if you mean this but I think you mean the first option.
