i hve a 95 chrysler concordand and my arm came off under the cover of it kinda no how to fix dont no how to get to it or take the whole thing off so i can replace it myself dont hve mney to get it fixed

Open the hood and find the screws that hold the wiper arm/cowl cover down. Remove the screws and remove the cover. Viola.

You will need to remove the cowl cover. The hood needs to be open to do this. Good luck.
