Yes, its called lucid dreaming, I believe. I've done it myself. I have really wild dreams and I remember so much of them. Its almost freaky!

Yes, If I'm having a bad dream, I know it's a dream at some point..And I'll just wake up. But it's harder for me to get up sometimes then it is others.

attempt leaping into the air some cases an afternoon while no person is around. do this daily. After 3 to 4 weeks, in case you have been consistent, you have a dream the place you bounce into the air. yet in desires, we don't merely drop lower back to the floor, we pick the flow lower back off. then you certainly'll understand you're in a dream.

I've never been able to do that, but fortunately my brain doesn't allow me to remember much of bad dreams in detail. I'm a weird sleeper.

Usually when I realize I am dreaming, I will wake up, spontaneously.
