theres this dude in my class and he says stuff like "FIERCE!" or "FABULOUS!" all the time... IDK what his deal is.... can anyone tell me whats up with him?!?

Haha, those words are cute. I'm very sure he's not an idiot. He sounds funny. Maybe his deal is like saying words that are funny or that will make you laugh. Mostly if it was me, I would have to say he sounds sensitive and totally funny. Good luck with him.

Well he sounds very outgoing, he might be saying these things to be unny. I have lots of friends who say these things. So I would say he is not an idiot. If anything at all, he probably is vivation and likes making you laugh. I hope this helps.

Lots of people have catch phrases that you hear them say a lot. I work with a girl who often responds to a statement with "Nice." It's a way to acknowledge that you heard something without providing any additional info.

HE sound like a really cool guy, those are awsome catch fraises, where did you meet him. he probaly hears it on t.v. all the time, by a famous person

He must have a very limited vocabulary. Buy him a dictionary and have him learn a new word each day.
