Vegetables, at least a nice salad, some potatoes to go with the sweedish meatballs, and fruits, why not make a fruit pie, apples maybe?

put back everything but the mustard & MAYBE the muffins...i'm doing research on vegetarianism and am discovering all the very bad bad things animal products do to your body.
plus did you know they feed cow parts to cows as part of their feed???? do you want to eat a cannibalistic cow? and they feed the same cow parts to other animals as well.
