No method, or even combined methods of birth control are 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. Any time a penis enters a vagina, even for a moment, there is the potential risk of pregnancy. Sure, protected sex is safer than no sex, and multiple methods are even safer, but as stated, nothing is 100% guaranteed. So if you aren't prepared to live with the consequences of having baby, find other ways to be intimate.

Condoms are only 84% effective
I know this because I've asked the same question

My Gynocologist told me that if he pulls out an extra 2% may be added
but still
even before you ejaculate pre-ejaculate is still coming out
so you could still get her pregnant if the condom is faulty

I suggest that she uses spermacide as well
or goe's on birth control

If the condom fails, yes.

Anytime you hae intercourse you can create a child.

The pull out method alone only slightly decreases the risk of getting a woman pregnant.

The pull out method and a condom is much better but is by no means 100 percent.

The only 100 percent way to not get a woman pregnant is not to have intercourse.

OMG...If your asking this wuestion your too young to be having sex!!!
You can Only get someone "her" pregnant of the condom breaks, leaks, etc... Condoms are NOT guarenteed, by all means...neither is the "pill" Hence, I have a 17 year old son... (Of course I was married-) Don't have sex till your ready to have a child and you can afford the responsibilty for the rest of your life!!!!

Condoms are only 86% effective by use. 98% effect when used and manufactured perfectly.

Penis in baby out, its not rocket science. Your best bet it to not have sex. Or double up on protection by using a spermicide or the sponge with the condom.
