It looks like it is wearing a Hindi crown.

But you do find things like winged woman-headed sphinxes, winged goats, and winged panthers with ram-horns in Greek art. So its possible.

We wuold need to see the picture. But it sounds like the Chiamera ( a mythical Greek monster with the head and the body of lion, a snake for a tail,an extra goat and wolf head, and a pair of dragons wings).

I think its Hindu. Because the only thing that comes close to that description in Greek mytholgy are the Harpies. And I do not think that they have horns, and they are not hooved
