You can alter your path through time, but it is not manipulateable itself. Traveling at high speeds actually causes you to go through time faster than other people, thereby traveling to the future. You could never affect time itself, it goes how it goes whether or not you want it to.

alright, so im fiddlleing with my watch, is that manipulating time? It could be considered... because time is really just based on our own reference points.
