Operating Guide?

I want to create a catchy eye cathing instruction card to explain how to use a device. I am looking for idea's templates that i could use/copy to incorporate the device in question any suggestions.

Your question is too vague: what kind of device? where do you intend on using the instruction card? outdoors? indoors? on the unit itself? as a multi-media display? are there any size/weight limits? how much info do you need to convey? etc, etc, etc.
