well I will put it buntly, I think someone obviously got offended by a question I posted about on OPINION. Basically i was just wondering why America can't move out of the dark ages, I thought it was all the hate people have to people who are different. than i listed a web site, (not porn or anything explicit) and it was deleted! wtf? why did this happen? I had to delete the question once because people were basically telling me i was an idiot! and so i reposted with a different wording of the question, the 1st try was OMG READ this and the second try was for those of you who will not call me an idiot. really whats wrong with asking people how they feel about the world. howevr perhaps people are spending so much time making other people's lives miserible they are blind to the truth that if we are ever to move forward out of the "modern dark ages" we need to stop killing each other because we are different. (i am posting this here because people wont call me an idiot :) )

that is a little bit of a weird question but your right about it and i feel that people should try to get out of that phase because all the hate is what will cause wars in the future.
and people who called her an idiot...... GET A LIFE!!!! she was asking for an OPINION!

Maybe it wasn't your opinion that bother people it may be the way you said it. Also to point out "America" instead of other country's with it... well may have pissed off many people. America isn't the only one "stuck" in the dark ages. Nor do I think we are in the dark ages at all. There are killings everywhere. Look at the middle-east and how they are always on the news, look at Africa, China killings all the time. If you want to talk about the dark ages and killings you need to look at the big picture just not one little part of it.

It probably got deleted because someone didn't agree with your opinion & was offended. Personally, I agree with your opinion on this subject & I'm not saying it's right to report a question simply because you don't agree- it's just probably what happened.
If people are calling you an idiot, that's their opinion (albeit poor expression) and it shouldn't cause you to delete a question. By asking for people to respond to a question only if they agree with you implies that you are closed-minded.
All in all, don't take anything to heart from anyone you don't personally care about. The world is full of people who have opposite opinions than yours.

I'm not sure why your question was deleted, but there is nothing wrong with you asking a question about how people feel about the world. It surely does not make you an idiot by doing so.

Reporting and deleting should be banned unless talking
pure flaming ie just insulting or posting thats rubbish withotu saying why or name calling ot thats for the points as not brinign anythign to a debate.
Def any posts like if you are twelve email me and give me your phone number
anything listing someones details like address or photos
As dangerous
And I would like a way of reporting kid in trouble posts for say suicidal or abused or just raped kids or say ones scared of hnour killing etc.
Most other things should be debated and if people dont like it counter argue and state your case with evidence

it must of been how you said what you said. the tone says alot if you were bashing or things like that i would report you. if you were nasty or rude to the answers too. many people ask opinion questions then bash the answerers that dont agree with their line of thinking
