I was on a business trip many years ago in Austin, Tx. There was a huge convention and the only hotel I could get was a "want-to-be" Motel 6. It was actually a Travel Lodge. The room smelled like mold and wet. WWF was going on in the room above. I stayed there 3 days. It was a barrel of laughs.

Honestly, my mother-in-laws house.
We went to Fresno for my brothers funeral and stayed at her house while she was out of town.
I sat on the couch to take some thing out of my bag and a huge black widow crawled over the top of the couch to say Hi!
I opened the door to the garage to take my dog outside and a big cluster of roaches scurried into the house.
I went to take a shower and put on make up and didn't want to touch any thing because it was so filthy.
No more trips to Fresno.I could have went to a slum hotel and it would have been cleaner!!!!

Ugh... the Motel 6 in some town out in Washington. Good lord... that was the smallest room I had ever seen in my life. The tv was fuzzy, you might as well of been sleeping outside on the concrete because that was what the beds felt like.. and oh my gosh... to even begin about the bathroom!! YUCK! I don't even want to talk about it.. LOL.. needless to say, we checked in, saw the room, and checked out about 2 hours later. hahaha :P

I forgot the name but it was just plain disgusting. The whole family didn't sleep that night because the hotel was just plain dirty. There was blood on the pillow cases. It's itchy when I sleep on the bed and it just plain uncomfortable.

Motel 6. The mattress was so messed up that it was at a slant and I kept on falling off the bed all night. Never went there since.
