Set up an anual budget controled by the appointed secratary of Homeland security to ensure the continuance of Constitutional government

What emergency needs an anual budget and a complex formula of who who for apparently more than one year ?

Do you feel somehow empowered? There's an arrogance about this question that is really disturbing. Did you want the President of the US to fail? If so, was it because he's Republican and you don't like them? Are you now happy that you Think you can stand on the sidelines and look down your nose at something? I think its pretty disgusting to not look at someone and at some point hope that they do something well.
If your kid doesn't get the quarterback position are you then one of those people who sits back and quips about every little mistake the other quarterback makes, reveling in your self-righteousness? I'm no Bush fan but I certainly do hope he doesn't fail and that he makes good choices, even if i don't agree with them. I hope that if he chooses something I wouldn't that He's right and not me. If you think about it, Conservatives are mostly people who work 9-5 blue collar jobs and do not have the time or the energy to argue points. The ones that have the time are not picked up by the mainstream media so you can not hear.

Liberals have voices louder than god because the media is their ship to sail their opinions and they also have the time to spend seeing how some of them are being paid for by the conservative hard workers through welfare.
