I am a very loving, attentive person. In fact, my high school Bible teacher called me a puppy. It was sad. I can't help being around my husband all the time. Is it because I am very insecure ? Or is it the fact that I have been thru alot ?

Pick up a hobbie and rejoice in loving your husband as much as you do. Remember that the only way to keep from smothering is to back off. If he likes it, then continue. If he doesn't (which I'm assuming is the case) then you need to get out and find women who love their husbands and love doing other things as well. You might be a little insecure, and that's ok. There are days when I want my husband to stay at home with me (he's self-employed and able to do that form time to time) but when he's been hom for four straight days in a row, I'm like "Honey? Please go to work. I love you a lot, but go to work!" :) He'll begin to take you more seriously if you aren't so smothering, as well. Good luck, honey!

are u insecure, only u know, and the fact that you have been through alot. But try doing other things that does not include ur husband all the time, like shopping, men hate that. Maybe ur husband just wants to miss u sometimes, just give him a little breathing room. lol it will be fine

Remove the pillow from his face. Haha. Just kidding.
He probably likes be around you a lot also, but sometimes guys need their space. Sometimes guys need to kick it with just the guys. Maybe branching out a bit would do you some good too. I'm assuming you mean in social situations you tend to be attached at the hip with him. Going it alone without him, your life vest, leading the way, may help you to grow as a person. This question has to do with your health and happiness as much as his. Right?

trust me.. all men need some alone time. My wife and I love eachother more than anything in the world. Every Tuesday night I go play golf. This is my time to hang out with my friends. Just give him some space sometimes.

Maybe a little of both but as long as he does not get mad for you wanting to be around go the way you are.Me I would love to have my grielfriend hang all over me and want to be with me.It just shows you love him and want to be around him.If I had a women like you that wanted to spend all her time with me I would never push you away.

Insecure....but I am too so don't feel bad. If you think it's gonna push him away they're right--find a hobby or something, just keep phone contact with him. He should reassure you that he's not going anywhere. It will make you feel better, trust me!

insecure you need to get some personal strength, stand on you own. Never be totally dependent on another person

There are two ends to this stick. My wife could pretty much take me or leave me. She loves me but being around me is not one of her priorities. I wish she were more like you.

Remove the pillow from his face. ???

Trust him, and most of all, trust yourself. Insecurities can go away, but you have to work on them.

good luck!
