Change the focus off materialism and toward community structures.

For example tax money would build huge gyms, movie theaters, clubs, and amusement parks for free public access (in place of expensive home electronics)

Also cars would become electronically controlled..press a button on you house and a government owned car would drive up and use GPS to drive you to where you need to go then go automatically to the next "requestor"'s home. And, on long trips, these cars would join closely onto the back of other cars to form trains along highways thus freeing up traffic problems.

Also food, shelter, clothing would become much cheaper and homeless people would not be arrested but, rather, forced to be trained for the workforce. The workforce would become a place/measure for increased voting rights and prestige in influence rather than "just a way to pay the bills". The right to have children (and how many) would also be decided by one's effort in the workforce.

Education would be free and people would be brought in from third-world countries to identify new/undiscovered scientific talent to solve problems like global warming, nutrition, and extending human lifespan.

Essentially, everyone on the planet would become a team...there would be competition, but it would not be companies against companies but rather of who can make the most profound positive difference in the world.

Also, to note, sexual activities would be tracked. All that means is, if someone is known to cheat a lot or be polygamous, be a gold-digger...it goes on public record (although is in no means for criminal action...in fact some people may intentionally want to meet 'experienced cheaters' because they think it's more exciting).

The idea is, when you meet someone, you know who you are dealing with and instances of, for example, relationship depressions and dramas that ruin productivity will hopefully die down drastically.

The first documented occurrence was over 65 million years ago, when a meteor got drunk and crashed a party held by some Mexican dinosaurs in the Yucatan peninsula. While currently domination is not occurring on a global level, scientists believe that may grow from currently existing underground groups.

I'd end racism, slavery, inequality, favoritism, world hunger, focus on ways to treat diseases as well as find a cure for cancer, and start world peace

After I fished with all those goals I'd give up my power and let the World live as it would.
