hi. advantageous photograph. No the hollow interior the vent should not be a project. it would help if I had extra information like is it electric or gasoline? Does the drum turn in any respect while engaged? The dryer has its own means twine so i might examine that first, make particular its plugged in snugly. next i might examine the protection change this is great-unfold for all dryers. this could nicely be a mechanism on the door someplace that cuts the means while opened. Mostimes its a plastic pin that pushes on a change while closed. If the pin broke, or the change, then not something might artwork. next element i might examine could be the shrink switches that are interior the unit and not actual available. If its the rest like the timer or motor that's often not low-funds to repair. if so, get a sparkling one. it's going to value with regards to the comparable if not much less. sturdy luck.

It could be any one of the following: No 220 to appliance- washer runs on 110 volts, but dryer needs 220. Timer, door switch, motor, internal thermal fuse. You probably should call a professional.
