No. Liberal domestic enemy combatants should never have any "special rights".

Yes...But the problem is they won't stop with detention..they will then argue points our constitution dictates to citizens as if they are entitled to these rights just by being in front of our judge.Take the judge to gitmo and hear only "detention" right/wrong cases...

A lot of people think that liberals are coddling terrorists with such proposals, but without such hearings they are at best terrorist suspects. Given the situation over there it seems entirely plausible that some of these people could have been framed by rivals or opportunists or were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

They should be allowed to challenge it somewhere. I have no problem extending American justice to detainees. If it's a good system, it's a good system everywhere. Otherwise we have a policy of potentially infinite detention, which to me is against basic human rights.

already most of them have been released becuase theyre home countries protested they were aid workers that were turned in by locals becuase of the huge cash rewards the US was handing out to anyone that brought in someone with an accent
