I like both names, but I think the first and middle sound too much alike. Plus, the "e" at the end of Elodie blends into the beginning of Elise. I love Elodie, especially! So pretty.
Some other ideas that are so close:
Elodie Annaliese
Elodie Liesle
Elodie Alicia
Elodie Olivia

The names are a bit too similar for my taste -- especially visually -- but I do love Elodie (if said properly). ;)
If Elise is a special family name or something, I wouldn't worry too much about the general appearance and/or flow. That would be secondary, in that case, and it's certainly not bad enough to warrant rethinking your first name choice. So if it is meaningful, perfectly lovely choice, and if not, I might keep weighing some other middle name choices.

Well, firstly it's your name so whatever you like, but personally, I think people are going to just think Elodie should be Melodie. I like Elise. You could go with Melodie Elise. Or Eloise as a first name with something else as a middle name?
Whatever you choose, remember it's your child that's going to be stuck with the name for ever, so don't make it too way out!

It goes together, I think it is very cute although I would have to say I prefer Elodie over Elise.

No- too many "e" names, and I would have no idea of how to pronounce that first name. Maybe you can have Elise as the first name, and pick another middle name- how about something that's meaningful, like a female relative?

I like Elodie very much, but I think you should have a middle name that starts with a different letter. EE doesn't look very nice together in my opinion.

I don't like it at all. Now, if you add an M & make it Melodie then that would be beautiful & would flow with Elise. Don't give your child a name that every time someone tries to pronounce it they pause & pronounce it wrong or make comments about it. The child has to live with the name her entire life. I wouldn't even know by looking at the name if it were a boy or girl.
