Columbian will be finished bodied, yet smoother than French Roast. you may want to inspect how the espresso beans are roasted - the darker the roast, the darker and heavier the flavour. As for a "bitter flavor", that's a touch complicated for me too. have not fairly seen that. you are able to need to think about a Sumatra blend, it is totally gentle.
