Sometimes when I want to give a thumbs up or down, it won't let me - there is no response to my button clicking. Can't figure out what's up...any ideas or helpful hints? This may be trivial, but I'm obviously missing something here, and I'm trying to follow directions. Thanks for your kindness and understanding in your responses. :) Have a great day!

haha..releks...well first of all ..congrats.. u reached level .. 2.. well honestly .. i m also .. at level 2 ..and i once had the same problem .as you have rite now.. but .. jus giving it a few days later.. or .. try 2 sign in and out again... and i think u will be rating .. all the way ... so ..dont worry 2 much ok .. take care..

Uncle Tom's suggestion to sing out and back in may be the solution.
Sometimes you cannot highlight on answered questions. That could also be part of the issue.
And you cannot give yourself a thumbs up or down.
I have 33,000 points. Since May a few hours a day.
This is okay stuff.
