It depends...

Check out some information about the "rythm method":

The Standard Days Method may only be used by women whose cycles are always between 26 and 32 days in length. In this system, days 1-7 of a woman's menstrual cycle are considered infertile. Days 8-19 are considered fertile. Infertility is considered to resume beginning on day 20. When used to avoid pregnancy, the Standard Days Method has a perfect-use failure rate of 5% per year.

Yes, anything is possible because we all ovulate at different times, its not always like is says, so many days after or before. I got pregnant 2 days before period was due. My aunt had lots of kids by using the safe period?

Anytime you have sex there is always a chance to become pregnant. Usually a woman ovulates 14 days after the start of her period. This is the best time to conceive. Please always use birth control unless you want to have a baby. Be responsible. Anyway there all kinds of STD's and some can lead to cancer so do be careful and take care of your body for you.

Possible, yes. Probable, no. Take a look the fertility cycle charts that women use for Natural Birth control or Trying to Conceive for information.

Anytime you have sex, there's a possiblity of pregnancy. You will have to wait until you 1) Get your period or 2) Take a pregnancy test if you miss your period. If you're concerned about pregnancy then you should always have your mate wear a condom & you can use spermicide inserts. Nothing is foolproof except for abstinence.

YES! You could even get pregnant during your period. It all depends on your own personal cycle. If you are very familiar with it then you will know when your fertile window is. But the body does crazy things!

Yes. Those little swimmers live for up to seven days. Kind of weird to think about...but keep in mind that seven days from when you had sex is pretty darn close to the perfect time to conceive. If you're in this situation, just relax and don't think about it unless your period is late. GOOD LUCK!

Dear friend do not worry at all you will not become pregnant at all immediately after the period even if you hav vigourous sex, as the ovum from ur uterus will be deliversd only after the twelth day after the periods and hence you be comfortable and confident . forget about that ejaculation and see that you safeguard your self okbye

No matter what you read or hear, a woman can get pregnant at any time of the cycle, even during the period itself.
