If the place where you're going to work offers credit union membership as a benefit, try there. Fees, when charged, are usually lower than regular banks.

Sometimes people can qualify for credit unions based on geographic location. Check the link below for credit unions in your area.

Woodforest (REALLY good bank, they kick a$$) or Compass. If neither of those work for you you can try 1st Convienance Bank. Personally I would put my money in the matress before I did that though.
