It appears that you have an AGP card. Most computers have only AGP OR PCI-e, not both. Meaning you're stuck with the slower AGP technology.
There are both good cards from ATI and Nvidia for AGP. Best you can get at the moment is an ATI 2600XT or one of the Nvidia 7-series (like the 7900GS). There's rumors that the new ATI 3800 series card will have a scaled down AGP version in the future.
If I'm wrong about your card and it's actually a PCI-e, a world of options opens up for you. Personally, I'd recommend going with the Nvidia 8-series as these are currently the top performing card. Competition from ATI seems to be lacking in recent months. Even their new hardware hasn't truely matched some of Nvidia's year old cards.

Is that a card or onboard? My search shows it as onboard graphics so, if that's the case, you'd have to see what kind of graphics slot you have if any. I suspect that, at the best, you'd have an AGP slot and you'd have to go to the computer or motherboards website and see what type of AGP slot it is and buy the appropriate card. I suspect there is no AGP slot so your only option would be a PCI graphics card like one of these:

About the best PCI card out is the ATI X1550Pro as it runs DDR2 thru a 128bit memory bus and supports DX9. It needs at least a 420watt 2.0 PSU thou. Whatever you buy make sure you get a card that supports DX9 as most PCI cards only support DX7 or DX8 which will limit the games you can play.

Go to the web site of the manufacturer of the card. (If you are not sure who that is, Google the card). If there is an update for it available, they will have it as a free download at the site.
