Excuse me, but they tease us married guys, too.

I don't 'tease' unmarried men or married men on Y!A and I am very sorry you are getting teased. Perhaps I don't tease because I'm older and have grown children of my own ... but I also think that this world would be a MUCH BETTER place if there was NO TEASING anywhere. I am a bit worried about you, though. While you may believe that you have 'seriously fallen in love' with another user on this site, I do hope you know that it may be only a 'crush' and that you can't KNOW it's 'love' until you are face to face with the real person. How do you know that this person you have fallen in love with is even a female? PLEASE try to make real friends with real people whom you can go out with and have real fun with ... and if you don't 'fall in love' with someone right away, don't worry about it. I believe that if you 'let go' and even announce to the world that you 'are not interested in a relationship' until sometime in the future that you WILL find your 'special person' very quickly ... I believe this because that is what happened to my husband and me (we are now looking forward to our 11th anniversary, and we are extremely happy with each other) ... but please let me say again that I'm sorry someone has teased you while you were on this Y!A site ... because if people are 'teasing' you for fun, then this site is not as good a place to find a wide variety of answers any more. So ... I am very, very sorry ... and I encourage you to keep looking until you find your 'special person' too ...

I have always felt that the internet is no place for two people to begin a relationship...it's just too weird for me. She probably doesn't have another outlet to be a tease, so she uses Y/A to do it.

Learn from this experience...people lie on the internet...every day and all the time! It's hard to be trusting. Sorry this happened to you!

What is a tosser?

Oh dear seen all your questions you really have got it bad and I'm not laughing at you at all.

I don't know why she done that, was it flirting that got out of hand or was she leading you on deliberately for a laugh? If it was flirting that went to far then perhaps she backed off before things went further than what they did (emotionally and physically) but if it you was led on then thats awful and all I can say is move on as best you can and get on with your own life. I'm sure there's someone out there for you who won't mess you around or lie to you as not all women are like that.

Just don't give her the satisfaction of seeing you look "desperate", rise above it and hold your head high.

Good luck and take care x

Women are catty and don't really care about all this mess about what other men think and it's really sad but you shouldn't fall in love with someone on here, seriously.Unless you have met her and know her like that she's really no-one that you need to be concerned with. And besides there are always many ways even through a computer to tell if women or men are married,Dud i thought everyone knew that.and besides women are just as bad as guys are sometimes, say there into you but turns out that there yanking your chain and all they really want is a piece every now and then,or she could just be some twisted person who likes to play people to make herself feel good(once again like guys!!) And truthfully i think you men finally get a taste of your own medicine! But no personal offense to you :-| Hope i helped out,and sorry for my honesty.

I just want to start by saying that I am not married but I am engaged. I work at a mall so there are plenty of guys walking around. I think it is very normal for men and women wether happy in their relationship or not, to check out other people. I check out the guys that walk buy and I am gaga about one of the guys that work at the mall across from me. The problem is wether or not you will go to the extent of talking or cheating with that person. I fantasise about going out on my smoke break and this guy following me out and just saying hi, It never happens, but something like that would make my day. As for going on dates with them absolutly not, I would consider that cheating in my mind. I think of an affair as dating, kissing, having sex, or any emotion attatchment with another person. I would think if you find a cute guy and just want to say hi that is fine but anything other than that I would have to ok with the man.....

There's a simple way to avoid this happening and that's not to believe a single word by anyone on here.

It doesn't matter if they tell you they are married or single, young or old, male or female, it can all be complete lies.

You have to always remember they could be after stealing your ID, your information, etc, you can't really trust anyone or give them any personal information.

Anyway i have to go get ready, i've just arranged a date on YA with Angelia Jolie!

Turn the tables... what happens when married guys like me tease the single AND married women on here?

Sounds like you need to write this one out of your life..If she is seriously unhappy in her marriage it would make sense but some women just like the power of leading someone around. If she is lying about things then you do not need her..
find someone new

because it is so easy... but I don't think the women actually mean any harm to you -- they are just happy with the attention. Even if they are happily married, who doesn't like some adoration from a different source every now and again?
