Seriously, it's up to her husband. If he's not cool with it, respect their marriage and stay clear.

Sad, 50% of the population are the opposite sex find someone else.
Better still since you think you are "so upfront" about things; say to her partner that you love his wife, but not necessarily in a sexual way; since you are sure you are doing nothing wrong I'm sure he will be extremely understanding as he beats you to a pulp!

I think this is more like an obsession, but if i am wrong
and she feels the same way about you , then i think
she should talk to her husband before having something
serious with you, and if you really love her you will let her
make that decision.
Good Luck

yes I think so, maybe not in youth but at my age I am very close to some women that are married, I am married, my wife knows of these friendships and she trusts me, I talk big here on P&S but I have been loyal to my wife for over 30 years, oh I flirt and play but it has never gone farther than a friendly kiss & hug

Respect that she has a marriage, something way beyond a simple relationship. Stay out of her way, don't cause problems between the 2 of them.

Don't kid yourself...You can be friends...Don't be trying to break up a marriage..."as a friend or anything" makes you sound like a lost puppy dog...You don't know what you are feeling...Get a hold of yourself...Sheesh...You sound desperate...

You can't help who you fall in love with I suppose but if she doesn't want to take things further with you then you will just have to love her from a distance until you meet your Mrs. Right. Then you will get over it.

You know what your ultimate motive is so don't be a jerk.
Leave the couple alone and move on.
