That is a good question.

it depends on situation, if I can take the lead with confidence I will. If I am not sure, I will follow and provide advice as we go. Sometimes, even if you know that you are the best person to be in the lead, but there is someone else who is in this position and don't want to let go, you have to back down so the team don't get affected with conflict, and support as much as you can.

The moral of the story is, you have to have a positive thinking all the time, whether you are leader or a follower. Unfortunately, some people when they don't take the lead they let the whole ship sink as a revenge, this is bad, very bad attitude.

Salaam Alaykum,
A rebel with a cause. If it is something I feel passionate about I give all I have. Sometimes in the past this has caused trouble...but it has worked for the good evry once in while because I will never tolerate injustice while other people may not want to stir up trouble. If something is wrong I am the first
to stand up.
Wasalaam

I agree with Shalfat above, i am a team player, but i am more than capable on my own.
In my personal life, i dont like to be told what to do, & more often than not will do the unexpected. Who wants to be like everyone else & follow the heard, not me.

Egyptians should be rebels. Who needs old man Hosny or his son Gamal?

Neither, i'm a nut. Maybe I'm just kidding...anyway, I have NEVER been one to follow and don't intend to. life would become too boring for me that way.
