Yes, we all know it's the most important meal of the day. I can't eat until I've been up for a few hours. These days I'm trying to behave myself, so I had some cinnamon and spice oat meal once I got to the office. What about you - eat or skip it?

I'm glad you asked. As a certified breakfast expert (I majored in breakfast in college), I believe it is the best meal of the day. In fact, that's all I eat. Ham, sausage, biscuits, gravy, grits, eggs, bacon, Canadian bacon, turkey bacon, bacon bacon, Bacon-filled bacon with extra bacon, and of course, Kevin Bacon.

Hi Lady G!
It's been a while, good to see you! Here's a little star for your question!

Absolutely, I am a breakfast person. However, I must catagorically express that breakfast could be any time of day or night for me. I have a broken sleep pattern, so I could be getting out of bed at 3:00 PM. The nice thing is that I love breakfast any time of the day or night. It's my favorite meal of the day. (To tell the truth, I think it's because I don't feel obligated to eat salad with breakfast!).

It's like the doctor told me when I was having stomach problems several years ago: "Your stomach doesn't know how to tell time, therefore, eat what you want, when you want it, it'll never know the difference."

I use to be a big breakfast person. Now by the time I feel like eating breakfast it's lunch time! Like you I can't eat until I've been up awhile. I get up and have a glass of juice, fresh orange or grapefruit (which is a luxury since I'm not supposed to have it) and then a few hours later I want toast (sourdough preferred) and milk-Or an Everything Bagel. I am more of a savory than a sweet. Opposite of my younger years.

As long as you have a morning meal, it doesn't matter when you eat it. I have toast with honey and a little glass of juice, because my stomach can't handle a real breakfast at 5:30 in the morning, but I have to eat something, since my next meal isn't until 12:30 pm. l get goofy if I don't have the toast.

Breakfast is the best meal of the day for me. Usually have a bowl of fruit oat meal, toast and juice. On week ends I like to have eggs instead of oatmeal.

I usually eat breakfast, but I am like you--I have to be up a while before I am hungry. Usually cereal but sometimes I fry up a couple of eggs and toast. Sometimes just toast. I tend to skip lunch a lot so I need something to carry me thru the day. Tho I am not one who thinks breakfast ought to always be about breakfast food, I have been known to eat soup, lettfover guacamole and chips, pizza or whatever else I find in the refrigerator!

My friend has been trying to get me to eat something in the mornings for years. I just can't eat yet. I have O.J. and coffee and then four or five hours later I finally get hungry.

Now when I am traveling it's a different story. I can hardly wait to get to a restaurant! Been that way all my life. My dad used to tease me about being like a bird. When I got in the car my mouth opened and I wanted to eat all of the time.

I can't even think about food first thing in the morning. I usually will wait until after I've done my barn chores and done my morning exercise and shower. That puts breakfast around 10 a.m.. I usually skip lunch or grab a snack around 2:00.

not really. I get up at about 6:30 and leave the house an hour later. I feel its way to early to eat.
My first meal of the day is usually fruit or maybe waffles or something at around 10:30am.
Im definatly more of a night owl although i do like lazing around all morning :)
