How about a round one, with a sun that has yellow and orange fringe? Or a flower that has different colors of fringe for the petals?

Puppy pillow? With big floppy ears made of fleece.

Kitty pillow? Felt ears...

Bear pillow? Bear would be easy since they don't even really need whiskers.

well....to go w/ the holidays...christmas tree! you could do triangles and cut the fringes to tie together, then glue cut out pieces for the ornaments.
