I voted to keep a man who picks his ear wax and eats it and frequents strip clubs but doesn't remember because he was too smashed from being prime minister. Unfortunately a majority of Australians didn't agree with me.
Hopefully he will only last one term and we can get rid of this disgusting hypocrite.
Lets go through Rudds lies and deceptions:
1) Destroyed documents in the Heiner affair.
2) Sacking workers on the spot in the Queensland Government and then saying he will bring back unfair dismissal laws.
3) Trying to change the timing of a dawn service to match prime time television.
4) Saying that he can control the price of petrol and groceries (this will guarantee that he is a one term prime minister).
5) Telling students that they would all get a computer, now its access to a computer which is already the case.
6) Saying sorry to Indigenous Australians.
7) Going to a strip club and then saying he couldn't remember going there because he was too smashed.
8) Closing 1200 hospital beds in Queensland as part of the Queensland Government.
9) Making millions of dollars out of commonwealth contracts and a Liberal policy which was not backed by the Labor party.
These are just off the top of my head and he's only been going a couple of weeks.

Why did I vote the way I did I had to believe that Labor was going to do something for an electorate that has been ignored for the last 11 years even with a National party minister as the local rep.
And Julie frequent visits to strip clubs I hardly call once in Rudd's 50 years frequent. Lets go through Howard's lies deceptions and Sgt Shultz defences shall we
1. there will never ever be a gst under my government Lie
2. The children overboard affair Lie
3. The Tampa affair Sgt Shultz defence
4. The awb affair Sgt Shultz defence
5. I will keep interest rates at record levels Lie
6. wmd in Iraq Lie
7. Getting us in a war we had no right to be in Stupidity
8. Believing George Bush Insanity
9. Work choices Lie
That's just off the top of my head Julie take a chill pill and lie down and when you get up take a good dose of reality you will be better for it

I voted for Rudd, and agree with colin B firstly going to a strip club only once mind you proves his human, we all make mistakes, I would rather someone who has the guts to admit visiting the club than someone who would deny it like Howard would.
Let's see we have
1)How many troops have to die in Iraq before howard decided enough is enough and brought them home
2) the IR laws
3) not apologising to the aboriginals he had 11 years to do it now it's up to rudd
4) condemning to Julia gillard because she is childless who cares
5) the climate change
6) the demeaning and threatening "work for welfare" for single parents
and thats just off the top of my head there is far too many too mention, I have always been a labour person and after the sacking of whitlam may the labour party live on and on

None- ripped my ballot paper up in front of an electoral officer as I believe that a TRUE democracy should have voluntary voting. I did not hear from many of the candidates in my electorate because these arrogant d@@ks just assume we will have to vote for someone! And of those that had some taxpayer funded envelope deposited in my mail box-not one said anything I trusted. I live with what was voted in by an electorate that, judging from feedback I have gotten, felt the same but behaved like sheep and voted for someone.. anyone. When we get voluntary voting pollies will have to say what they mean, and mean what they say.. then behave accordingly. Then I will resume voting.

Kevin Rudd was elected because the Australians were tired of John Howard for participating in the Iraq war and for increasing many taxes.

Our family is a working family, who enjoyed low interest rates, low inflation, low unemployment and stability under the Coalition government. Obviously the Coalition got our votes. We miss John Howard and his team. We work for the speedy return of the Coalition, for the sake of the whole Nation!

For me it was a vote against John Howard & the coalition.....
Howard turned Australia into a very divisive community in his pursuit of power that was very selfish. He Lied so many times that people felt it OK to do the same........
He deprived refugees of their basic human rights, all the detainees at Villawood, Baxter, Nauru...
He put us in an illegal, aggressive war. making enemies amongst our own countrymen, and isolated us from the world in the name of endearing us to one ally. Resulting in thousands of men ,women & children killed in Iraq.
The Stolen Generation, who he refuse to say sorry to....Aboriginal reconciliation?
The uni students who never had a free education (like his generation did)
Where working families suffering under unfair IR laws......
Aussies who will never be able to break into the housing market......
The next generation, who will suffer because you ignored climate change.
Getting in bed with Bush. [ The worst American Prisdent in U.S. history ]
Wives and children of troops in Iraq (who he refuse to bring home)
To all who had been deceived in his 11 years of prime ministership [ out to lunch & sitting on his hands.....]What has he done about broadband and Internet technology?
The Labor party, who suffered one of the worst smear campaigns during a election.... He has ridden the economic wave that was created by the Hawk/Keating Government and claim as his own thats dishonest.
Unions, who were unfairly targeted by big business Libs
Julia Gillard, who was attacked because she is a childless woman and therefore "unexperienced" (like they would know any better, sexist pigs)
kids across the country who never see their parents because they're working around the clock to pay off enormous mortgages, because he lied and didn't keep election rates low.......
To all Aussies who were mislead at election time , who were uncertain over Lib. leadership.........
To all Aussies who were overseas were on the nose, cos.[ of the red neck of the pacific. ]
He play the race card at election time thats despicable.Where members of his team mislead by bogus pamphlets distributed by Jackie Kelly's husband (who he should have kept in line)
Nicola Roxon who was sworn at by his smug and tardy health minister....
Darfurians, who he refused to help.
Everyone who was lied to in the Children Overboard scandal.
Making David Hicks a scape goat.
Haneef, who was unfairly targeted in his witch hunt
My stressed-out parents at GST time (they have their own small business - which GST is ruining!)
The AWB scandal,When it became known that the AWB had been paying Saddam Hussein to secure wheat sales to Iraq, what did the Government do?
They spending $3 million a week on advertising?
(plus the brownbag cash from the brethren).
To all the kids who have suffered under him, only knowing a Howard government, because he was too power hungry to walk away
All in all he be the worst leader in Australian History. And he should have left office with his head held down in shame.
Johnny - . You've lied so many times
I didn't forget the Tampa
However, when a government doesn't spend and invest wisely in public goods you end up with lots of poorly educated people, desperate hospitals and a sick agricultural industry.
I voted Maxine McKew, who has a plan for Australia 's Future under a Kevin Rudds goverment.
