As an Englishman and owner of many major US based companies I feel I must address this subject.
I own many Americans and recently they have asked if they would be allowed to hang christmas decorations in their huts.
Would you consider this as a fire hazzard because their huts are made of wood and they have the use of candles before light-out?
My special hut has been built to the most recent fire regulations so I have been able to decorate it.

i cant believe you give them huts your Sooooo generous! that's a gift in itself i think the fact that they want to stick up decorations is a bit much!
you no what they say: if you give them an inch they'll take a mile! after all your only thinking of there safety. i mean there isn't even instructions with the Christmas decorations! god knows what the poor things would do to themselves trying to work them out & then adding the fire!.....lol

don't let them sid!

Dear Mr.Vicious,

Thanks for the candles. I'm warming my hands over one as I write this to you. I hope you don't mind, but I've informed an employment tribunal over our working conditions. It appears 3 inspectors, Messrs. Past, Present, and Future, will shortly be making a call to Hut 1. I'll gladly tell them it was a silly joke, if I can have a small bit of tinsel over the burlap which covers the hole where my window should be.

Yours Gratefully in the Spirit of Non-Union Negotiation,

T. Tim

P.S. I'd also like a raise.

Sweetie, Christians have been bitching about the commercia hijacking of Christmas since I was a little kid back in the fifties. Get a life, or at least get a real cause.

Sid... get back to work. Remember what happened to your last janitorial job when you fooled around on the boss' computer. Toilets on Floor # 12 need cleaning. Hop to it.

i too own many americans and i've involved mine in the spirit of christmas at no cost to myself, I've arranged them in a lovely full size nativity scene obviously with several collecting tins.

I would advise that you take advantage of your 'human(?) resources' and make one of your businesses a regisitered charity too.

What do you mean you own many Americans? Are you a slave owner or something? What are they doing living in huts?
I think you're winding us up!

You never know.. If you let them hang some decorations they might work a little harder for you.

Just make sure that they all sign disclaimers in the event that their huts do burn down.

Set fire to some huts and see if they are safe or not.
