There's a stop, but no station. The megabus stop is on the street on Canal at Union Station, though you can go inside the Station to wait if the weather's unpleasant.

Yes, Union Station: http://www.megabus.com/us/stops/chicago_detroit.php ...adjacent to Union Station on the east side of South Canal Street, between Jackson Blvd and Adams Street.

They are right next to Union Station on Canal Street. However, technically, you are not allowed to wait inside Union station for your bus.
