Yes, sometimes i wonder why all the crowds fall for exactly the wrong things of the western culture.
We must learn to take the good things and shin all the bad stuff.
I guess we must not monkey the westerners, but we must adapt their good stuff to suit us.

its definately stupid when some1 is trying to b something they r not i hate the way some people indians try to act totally english itz gross.....i dont mean that u hav 2 b like the really traditional people....there r many cultures in the world... i would think and take their good values n points....b it western or eastern...all that matters is ur attitude and what u r to the world

no I like india. Its a culturally varied and progressive nation. Just cut down on the number of cars you let people have on the roads its a massive contributor to global warming

India has always been known as the hub of Spirituality. Materialism is going in the wrong direction. It is only proper if human beings are being raised up out of suffering, but as you know, suffering has an important purpose also.

Blind imitation can not only be foolish, but also will destroy our identity.
The strong nature of human realtionships in India is a very good example,.
But there are a lot of good aspects, which we should try to emulate.

well every culture has its good and bad aspects...i dont find anything wrong in adapting some good things of western clture like their etiquettes and punctuality..but offcourse blindly following everything western is stupid!
