Depends on how traditional you want the name to be, since Alexander is traditional. Here's my list of ideas:
Jonas
Nash
Oshad
Shon
Josh
Jonad
Naehad

I don't think jonae and rashad combine very well, sorry. But I think either name would be good. Personally I like Rashad Alexander. I also like Jonah Alexander or Joel Alexander if you are looking for a J name.

hmmm...this is a tough one! how about... Rashon, Shajon, Rajon, Jonash or Jonah, Shadon, Jorhad or Jonhad... if you get creative the possibilities are endless! the only problem is that for a boy, you probably wouldn't want the name to end in "a" bcause that makes it sound too feminine...
Good luck and congratulations!!

That's a tough one, but I'll give it a shot:
Jonae + Rashad
Joshad--say Joe shahd or Josh hahd
Jashad--say Ja shahd(rhymes w/Rashad)
Jonas
Jorahd--say jore ahd
Rajon--say rah zhahn
Rashon--say rah shawn
Josh

Jora... Prob not unique but it's the best I can see, and it's probably what it would be abbreviated to if you just gave the kid both of those names in full....
Alexander's a great name, properly Scottish in origin.
