I think it depends on how you're wearing it and when you're wearing it. If you are wearing it with a blazer..don't think so..but if it's with a sweater in the winter time..then why not?

I think that that all depends n the setting if you are trying to be business casual then it is ok but if you are just trying to be casual I would say definitely NO!! I think that the whole turtle neck thing was sooooo 90's!

I easily have an outfit it fairly is pinstripe shorts that are truly short, a no longer-too revealing mind-blowing black tanktop that has those fake suspenders (purely on the front, this is problematical to describe) and attractive black pumps. from time to time I even placed on my glasses with it to look like a warm secretary, lol. yet generally, my prominent outfit of allllllll time is denims with an exciting unique pocket, truly severe heels, and a attractive tanktop. It under no circumstances fails to instruct each head. yet one products are cool too - like jumpsuits (the variety with shorts) or rompers - very lovable.

On some guys it looks good. I think an over-sized nice sweater with some baggy jeans or khakis looks even better...JMHO! But turtlenecks look good on some!

If it matches what they are wearing then it's cool. Unless the clothes are totally ridiculous I hardly notice what anyone is wearing..
