I can type about 50-100 words a minute usually and yea I can type without looking at the keyboard. At the moment though my pc's playin silly buggers so it's taking twice the time to do half the typing!

I once worked in a data input dept and we had to have speeds over 75 with accuracy over 90% . Work was also proof read after by another team.Tested once a month. Best I did was 82 with accuracy 95% Nowadays a leisurely cruise at about 20 with as much accuracy as I like.

35-40 words , i have been trained as a copytypist
which means you can type from a written or typed sheet of paper, without reading it or looking at the keys-- weird yes
I used to know a guy with a typing speed of well over a 100 words a minute. - who would need to go that fast. He got told to slow down

90+ words per minute. I can type without looking at the keyboard. There, I just did it... Due to over active use of computer

I can type 50 or more words per minute. I have learned to not look at the keyboard. just practice. you'll get it.

I have never counted officially how many words I can type in a minute,but in my best I predict it's in the region of 100.
And yes I can type without looking at the keyboard.I typed this without looking.

65 on a bad day aroun 75-80 on a good.
So go with 65. lol. Yeah I can type without looking.

I can type about 80 wpm and that is without looking. I do make mistakes but I feel them and backspace without looking as well. I learned in H.S., just picked it up real quick. Now ironically I type for a living. :)
