Family...Watching my kids open their presents and the glint in their eyes and the smiles on their faces. Being together and Just spending quality time with the ones that are the most important thing to me.

Christmas obviously to me is when we, who wish to, celebrate the birth of Christ. It's also a day to reflect on loved ones who you cannot be with on that day, probably more than any other day of the year. It's also a day to be with those loved ones that you are able to. I have a large family with 41 neices and nephews. While I do love to watch them open gifts, it is also instilled in them the true meaning of Christmas as to not just be reflective of commercialism and material things. We also sing songs around the piano (as corny as it may seem), watch sports on TV, and enjoy whatever food is on the table, along with all the trimmings.

The longest holiday from work in the whole year (16 days including weekends). Lots and lots of wonderful time to do exactly what I want. Being able to go right around the clock and let myself be the complete extreme night owl that I naturally am instead of having to fight against time all the time. Internet, dvds, books, writing, wonderful quality time with my cat, solitude, play, creativity, personal development quests, a chance to be completely myself 24 hours a day for 16 days.

It is a time to celebrate the birthdate of a most remarkable man, who profoundly changed the way we view the universe. I always take the chance to reflect on the life an works of Sir Isaac Newton, born 25th December!

Repeats of Morecambe and Wise on the telly - probably the only thing worth watching over the holidays.

Christmas means the greatest gift of all, Jesus Christ. He gave us hope to believe in ourselves, respect, & love unconditional, as he loved us. He sacrificed himself for us all & I'm grateful for this & celebrate his birth.
Ohh and I get presents? nice!
