I did not think that I needed to say this, but, I only want serious answers as it is a very serious question and I wonder why one has to answer if they only have questionable responses!

I do thank the first one; at least it told me something!

To the last response:

I am asking on behalf of my HUSBAND.

Goodness! I thought that I would get some serious responses!

Is this site a joke?

It happens all the time.

A high fever can destroy a mans sperm but it doesn't mean that they won't come back.

To really be diagnosed with zero sperm you need several semen analysis spaces 3+ months apart (to give sperm a chance to come back)...

My brother some time ago told me that men say back in the 1807 had stronger sperm than a man of today. It has to do with food and work. Now he was unable to get his wife PG at the time, they came ACS and she became PG lost it. He was so excited about it. He was going to have a T made for the baby. "Made in Japan tested int he US" and have the baby's picture on it. Well those plane were dashed. But at the time they were trying all sorts of stuff(I'm talking about 30yrs ago) the medical field has come a long way since then. Good luck.

The situation is not unknown.

There may be reasons for a temporary low or nonexistent sperm count that changes over time.

And yes, medical laboratories can make mistakes.
