I study the e book and replaced into unimpressed with the author's 'sort' (if that's what you desire to call it) of writing. His characters spent plenty time having a pipe dream and had to be "pulled back" into actuality plenty, it have been given nicely, uninteresting. And his approach of leaving the reader wonderful on the tip of each financial disaster replaced into like gazing cleansing soap opera's on Friday lol. i found myself forcing myself to study by using to the tip, only because of the fact I hate to choose a e book except i've got thoroughly study it. Oh, and to the poster who suggested that Dan Brown says it is fiction, that may no longer precisely actual. He says interior the author's notice on the initiating that each and all of the historic data are actual. Even I, an insignificant housewife in Houston, replaced into waiting to work out flaws along with his 'data'. relating to the only element I discovered from the finished DaVinci Code journey replaced into that publishers are extremely unscrupulous of their approaches of merchandising a e book.

Its interesting FICTION...

The book "The Truth behind the Da Vinci Code" makes better reading tho' and best of all it collaborates & backs its stand with archived historical facts rather than mere speculation & theory.

I haven't read it but i saw the movie. It is pure FICTION. Dan Brown is just a greedy person who wants a lot of money. It is unethical for a writer to use historical facts to create a fictional story. Someday, maybe he will write a story portraying Mohammed as a gay person indulging in sexual activity with other men. But i think he will not write it because he is afraid that the muslims will hunt him like a dog for disrespecting Mohammed. Dan Brown can only hit on the Christians, especially the Catholics, because he knows that they will not harm him and he will make a lot of money.

Yes, it was ane njoyable read. Unfortunately, I studied the bible for many years and there were too many obvious errors in the story to totally enjoy it.

No I didn't read it and do not plan on reading. One of my reasons is because of the premises that it makes about Jesus Christ. (which is offensive to me as a Muslim) This is as outrageous and offensive to me as the cartoon controversy. Jesus is also viewed as a Prophet in Islam. I have decided to protest this movie by not watching it.
