I am trying to find government reports on individuals accessing services and facilities and financial affairs?

I am currently doing my NVQ 3 in Health and Social care I am required to produce goverment reports,inquiries and research relevant to individuals accessing, using & evaluating services, facilities and managing their finances I have been on Google entering - goverment reports and many other formats however can not locate any relevant information! Please help

First read the data protection act = perhaps you can then work out why no-one is going to give you the data you are asking for ... ..
