I hate licking stamps, but I only need one stamp most of the time, so I can't get the sticker kind...

No, adhesive all the way. and don't like envelopes. I had a friend who worked in an envelope place and they had to stand by these glue pots and if they needed to take a leak. . well, don't lick the envelopes.

No Way Jose, I saw an article in a magazien one time about a lady licking stamps or envelopes or whatever she was licking and ended up with cockroach eggs in her lip. GROSS

do they still make the kind you have to lick? i've bought just the self adhesive for years now.

i haven't carried out that, yet one 365 days, in my absent-mindedness, I sent out Christmas playing cards and had each and each physique of them returned. particularly of stamps, I had positioned Christmas seals on them. *sigh*

no, i use glue to paste, if no glue, i'll use water.
