No, we can't tell exactly that we are the only living things with the emotions of hate and greed. Because animals also have the same thing but they show in another manner which may understand by the humans or many not. Anyone can't judge or confirm that only we only have hate and greed.

probably not.
baboons are really awesome. They are a lot like us.
They have a social hierarchy like us. They pick on each other like we do. The feel stress in similar ways.
The lowest baboon (most likely) hates the alpha male because he's always being taunted by him. He is afraid (and where there is fear, hatred is not far behind). His stress from fear is proven by his cortisol levels.

No it is impossible. I now monkeys and apes experience similar emotions. Also I believe dolphins and whales. My girlfriend apparently experiences emotions like these aswell but we won't go into what type of animal she is now will we.
