Hi..yep, your brother has set the password in the BIOS. You do have a big problem because it wont let you into the BIOS now without the password to change/delete it. You can try resetting the CMOS as the guy above said...
OR..
You may have to remove the battery on the motherboard for a specific period of time and that will get rid of the password. The only problem is, there is a chance (if you dont know what your doing) that you could lose all your data on your PC.
I have my BIOS password protected..its great as long as you remember the password. You may have to get professional help...sorry.. There are sites/forums on the net that can help you personally ie computer professionals. Do a search on "removing BIOS password". I used it once and I cant remember what it was. If I find it I'll let you know..Good Luck!

#1 boot into safe mode (press F8 before windows starts),

#2 log onto the account named "administrator" NOT your normal account

#3 go into control panal and remove password from user account settings.

Not sure about pro or vista, but winxp home you can enter safe mode. to enter safe mode hit F8 every second or so until you enter safe mode this will bypass the log in, you should beable to get access your computer from there.

Sounds like you're going to have to open up your comp and reset BIOS. This is done by moving a jumper( and then moving it back) . You should find out where this is from your motherboard book.
