There is actually a library in Vermont that sits squarely on the US-Canada border.

"The world-famous Haskell Free Library and Opera House on Caswell Avenue here is probably the only cultural institution on this planet with a split personality. That's because the U.S./Canadian border slices right through the Kenneth Baldwin International Reading Room."

There's also a pub that straddles the international border in Quebec/NY. The pool room is in New York and the rest of the pub is in Canada(Quebec). A white line on the floor demarcates the border. However, there are no exits from the pool room outside (into the US).

If by some miracle you are actually able to do this, I'd guess you'd probably need a passport and visa to cross the room or use the bathroom on the other side of the building : P

You can't sweetie. You won't have to worry about that because you won't find a piece of property that sits between the borders that is titled that way.

You'll have to live with customs agents in your house.
